I've seen actual Q followers use the term as well. Anon can be any anonymous 4channer, qanon is used by some to distinguish themselves as q followers and not the bronie furry anons from the rest of 4chan.
I personally consider myself "patriot" that's my pronoun xD
exactly I've used it occasionally when talking to people, they don't always understand when I just say Q. I know Q explained the difference, but people still use the term. for example this thread with millions of views, there's now a part 2.
I frequent the Q dot win forum, have read some of the Q posts, and watched a couple great video essays on the topic. I find the whole topic very compelling and worth looking into.
Honest question, why do people here get so mad about this term? Q is a noun, anon is a noun, wouldn't it make sense that "enthusiasts/researchers/patriots/anybody interested in q" would be Qanon?
I understand that the media gives it an insulting connotation, like "crazy conspiracy assholes" or some other bullshit, but since when do you care what they think?
WTF IS QANON
It comes from Shakespeare:
Forsooth, Horatio, the line is getting
longer and longer. Shall we queue, anon?
They never remember their literature....
As thou'rt a man, give me the cup. Let go! By heaven, I’ll have ’t.
Oh God, QAnon, what a wounded name, things standing thus unknown, shall live behind me!
If thou didst ever hold me in thy heart, absent thee from felicity a while. And in this harsh world draw thy breath in pain to tell my story.
A military march is heard from offstage, and a cannon fires.
What warlike noise is this?
Enter GEOTUS.
Excellent question! I am pretty certain there is no such thing.
I know of Q. And I know of Anons.
If you use the term QAnon, you ARE the walking talking milk carton picture of a "Conspiracy Theorist" . . . .
