This is only for the OSHA mandate but I don’t see how they can stay one and not the other.

This court filing puts a stay on the mandate being enacted through OSHA only. Federal employees have already had to make their decision and federal contractors are on the clock.
Hypothetically if a certain president was planning to downsize the federal government in anticipation of a cataclysmic collapse in which the federal government itself was to be implicated in crimes against humanity, would it not make sense to purge the freedom-loving patriots first in order to save them from going down with the ship?

Depends on the courts. If we get a ruling prohibiting vaxx mandates we just may also get a few class action suits through against businesses that discriminate by clot-shot status.
