Second objective is to prosecute Kyle for daring to interfere with state supported rioters.
In fact I would not be surprised if one, or more, of those Kyle shot were state actors.
This trial is all about politics.

I can't imagine a more perfect self defense, I'm not sure I or any of my brothers in arms could have exercised such discipline and gun control as Kyle did that night.

They want to force the situation which institutes an imaginary line that normal citizenry won't cross, i.e. resistance to protect themselves for fear of prosecution. These bastards do not want you to know you constitutional rights. Rights are for everyone else but not for the people that actually make this country work, who actually pay the bills for this bloated economy. It's the same mechanism they push with racism, call people racist for no matter what and they will avoid everything to be labeled as such.
Well... If you go by just the facts of the case, an acquittal is imminent. But never put it past a jury to do the most unexpected thing possible.

The left may riot a few days, but if they convict him, it's likely to light a fire under the right that can't be put back out. The judicial system itself is on trial. It's a historic moment.

The only thing I question about acquittal is Trump said The Cabal will destroy our 2nd Amendment. This case is the only clear example out there currently to destroy all of our rights to self-defense with firearms. I really do hope Kyle is acquitted, but I think the media and BLM got to the jurors already, laced the personal threats, and have sowed a guilty verdict for Kyle on at least 1 or 2 of the 5 left over charges. I don’t think Kyle is going to avoid some jail time. Someone is going to be unhappy with whatever outcome, but I don’t think Kyle goes totally free without being guilty of a charge.

If he is found guilty on the main charges, our 2nd Amendment is gone because every self-defense prosecution after can reference this single case to convict every American going forward. They have no other current ammo or case to use. None of the left’s false flags regarding firearms have panned out. Not one. They need this case, or their plans burn up. Leaving our Plan fully armed and able to move forward with no 2A conviction fear.
