The issue is weaning off ventilator. That gets more difficult at time goes on.

My loved one was on ventilator for the China virus for 10 days. She is recovering with respiratory therapist at home. Slow recovery. But alive and retains her faculties.

Some people have reported resorting to the horse paste version and sneaking it into the patient's room and administering it themselves -- also, someone here reported that a friend was rubbing the paste into his hands and it was still working. I have no experience with either of those but saw both reported here.

If your friend is resistant to ivermectin, find some videos of Joe Rogan talking about his experience with covid. He also took monclonal antibodies, which could help your friend. Pray I suppose it is possible but rare. Co workers sister placed on ventilator no vax had taken Ivermectin early but did not improve. They had to take her to hospital and family was told to make arrangements. She did pull through, miraculous they said, but she's in a bad way and has to do therapy.
