Levothyroxine is a thyroid medicine for Graves or hypothyroidism. Just wondering if iodine might be able to replace the thyroid meds I ve been on for 20 years.

About 4 weeks ago I quit taking thyroid meds. I didn't like that MD kept adding and adding medications for abnormal labs. Guess what? Labs this week were "perfect, fantastic!" I don't want anything to do with Big Pharma.
