Hey frens just a little bit of an update on palm harbor honda requiring vaccination for employment. I sent governor desantis office an email on the 29th and ended up calling today. The nice lady told me because they were a big business of 100+ and the fact that they are still in the courts vs xoe brandon that currently theyre unable to do anything at this moment to bigger corporations that choose to follow the fed and these "mandates" I want to show some appreciation to yall, yall are awesome and supportive! Sucks this is an issue but i have found other, better leads and times ticking on employers with 100% vaxd staff. NCSWIC

Hate to bear bad news but this will not work. You employer cannot, will not, and is under no legal obligation to answer any of these questions. But they can fire you for any reason they deem fit, including no reason whatsoever. They can literally fire you if you say you like coffee in the office.
If anyone legitimately submitted this to an employer, they would just fire them on the spot, and not be in any legal trouble whatsoever. Trying to use stupid magic words like this only plays into their game.
What you need to do OP is to decide if getting the vaxx is worth your job or not, and then stick to you guns one way or the other, period. Either get the vaxx or don't. Then your employer will do what they will do, which is what they would do anyway.
If you don't and they fire you, apply for unemployment, appeal if denied. Trying to screw around like this is just admitting to them that you are willing to be a pawn in their game.
In many cases, you're probably right. Fortune 500 companies may need actual lawsuits to change course and even those might not do the job. On the other hand, an HR person (or whomever) might be willing to make an exception for the person who brought this document to them; preventing a bad publicity and potential lawsuits is always something companies want to consider. If you're getting fired regardless for refusing the "vax", what do you have to lose by trying this? "So, that was a religious exemption, then?"
In any case, not everyone works at a giant corporation, and many smaller and especially privately-owned businesses might well reconsider.
Well, "don't get the vax" is my advice, given what we know about it -- but losing one's job in most cases isn't a trivial thing, and people have families to support. Giving this a try -- informing the owner or whoever might be willing and able to rescind the company mandate or at least allow an exemption for the employee -- is probably worth a try for many people.

there's a post here somewhere (I'll look for it to link) that shows that the EUA vax (the only ones available at this moment) is NOT the same as what the FDA has approved (Comirnaty, not being given yet) ...that may help stall the situation you're in.

There's actually NO LEGAL BASIS for injecting this experimental "vaccine" into millions of people who are NOT anywhere near "fully informed" about what's going on and about what is in the "vaccine" -- the whole scheme is a massive crime. When safe and effective prophylactics and/or therapeutics (such as ivermectin, HCQ, quercetin, zinc, etc etc) are available, EXPERIMENTAL INJECTIONS aren't allowed; they must be shown safe and effective first via clinical trials -- which take years for truly sufficient data.
Narg, that really is the bottom line isn't it? Why would I want to continue working for an organization that so little values my safety and health, just so they can be paid for their arrogance?
The place where I've been working already has shown their stripes in many other matters. Their vaccine 'mandate' is just one more indication of their lack of business sense. By God's precious Grace, I will be gone from there - and soon. I am praying for my co-workers who cannot see any other choice.
I am not well-versed in business law so, my questions arise out of ignorance:
"Could organizations with more than 100 employees break their HR into smaller business entities?"
"Could organizations with more than one outlet make those outlets independent (but still engaged with the corp) for the sake of protecting their employees?"
