I'm happy to see that, here in leftist NY-land (within 60 miles of NYC), the local media are ACTUALLY reporting that the cases are very mild. I think this will blow over in a few days. They'll still talk about "rising infection rates", but I think they realize how foolish it is to try to claim this "variant" is a significant health threat, since the South Africans who discovered it were quick to report it was nothing to worry about.

Take a map, color in an area and say "OMG IT'S HERE!!" on MSM is the strategy. I am seeing more people asking the most basic of questions like How do you know it's their, what test did you use, how are you tracking this so fast, and how do you even know it exists in the first place? There is no omicron. There's not even physical evidence that the original exists, as it's never been isolated, as stated in the article. I highly recommend reading it to anyone who hasn't. This isn't their first con game (think HIV).
