Well, an unborn child is in fact, a family member, so she is actually being consistent in that regard. Consistently evil, to be sure, but consistent. Her hypocrisy comes with her varying belief in one's "right to their own body". Women, and only women, have that right regarding abortion, but no one has that right regarding medical procedures that she favors.
The left’s fundamental blind spot (mental illness) is they don’t consider an unborn baby a living being until it pops out and is suddenly alive.
