Keep in mind that an intelligent opponent will try to make the case that there are more vaccinated than unvaccinated in Canada. So equal ICU numbers means a greater percentage of unvax in ICU.

Not making that argument myself, just steel-manning their side so nobody gets cause with their pants down.

I was happy with the hire, but because I expected him to stabilize the program and get recruiting back on track and then hand the reigns over to some hotshot coach in four or five years.

Who knew he'd end up being an absolute gigachad?

I don't know man. Saban seems to live rent free in Kirby's head.

I expect 1980 to live a little while longer.

You're drawing too hard of a line. This level of gatekeeping is designed precisely to isolate us, marginalize us, and prevent us from influencing those around us.

Stop playing their game. Swallow your pride and engage with people no matter how far gone they appear to be right now.

The thing is, there's not one individual type of intelligence. My mother is a very accomplished biochemist. When she's talking about chemistry or doing advanced math in her head, she's a genius.

But she's also the most socially retarded person I've ever met and I have to help her un-fuck her computer like once a week. (Amid a host of other areas where she has a childish level of incompetence.)

Adams may have processing power like my mom does. Who knows? But navigating the world is far more complex than what is achievable using only one type of intelligence. You need a community of talent and the humility to lean on others. The raw processing power types really struggle with that.

We crossed this bridge very early with my family. Fortunately everyone is redpilled in general - but a few took the blue pill early on with covid.

I had to put my foot down with my dad pretty early on. We're not wearing masks. The non-elderly are not getting vaccinated. We're not canceling family events. Period.

Fortunately outside of covid he is extremely based so it was an easy conversation. The whole family are members of that fundamentalist denomination your news service warned you about. So we know that death is gain. Even should it come to that.

Honestly, you should just go. You are in fact letting her control you by allowing her to prevent you from going.

Go. Let her be the one who is making the scene. When she gets hysterical, you stay calm and let her look like the crazy person.

eta: not a criticism as obviously you know the situation better than I, and seem perfectly competent. Just my opinion on the data presented.

Looks like Indian scientists discovered the potential. First hit on Google is about liver damage, of course.

Wonder how long it will be before China tries to pacify India. Based Hindi's are spoiling quite a few globalist plots recently.

It's super late at this point but if you're members of a Church, let the elders know what's going on and see if they can help you get through (and maybe they can help Santa visit at least)

If you're not members of a Church, call around anyway. And then become members of a church.

Move to a red state.

Disassociate your family until they stop this shit

Make a bunch of red state friends and become part of their families

???

Profit (never spend Christmas alone again)

Arguing for the sake of the third parties is the only reason to argue. You'll almost never convince your opponent (especially online) because there's too much ego involved.

The individual workers who were paid to do this need to suffer direct punishment by the community. Without lackeys, the tyrants cannot enforce their tyranny.

People should be afraid to go along with the government.
