-There were a shitload of us who had concerns immediately based on the simple fact that the mortality rate wasn't high enough to justify an experimental, fast-tracked vaccine. In general, smart people whose minds aren't ruled by fear are able to make basic risk assessments when it comes to themselves and their children.
-Scott, we also had immediate concerns because there was a growing body of evidence that cheap therapeutics and proactive vitamin regimens were extremely effective, and the MSM was demonizing those therapeutics/vitamins, thus increasing our distrust of the corona virus vaccines.
-As time went on, we continued to carefully collect data, parse through the noise to find the faint signal and what we found out about the corona virus vaccines was progressively worse as time went on.
And Scott, what we did was literally the definition of "critical thinking", something you and your jabbed brethren failed to do.
I don't want to dismiss Scott as a complete imbecile because to his credit, he's educated a lot of people in some good ways over the past 5 years. But as we should all know by now, the man should not be trusted as an ally.
Excellent synopsis of what probably 95% of the people who regularly read/post to this site went through! The key thing for me from the start was, and still is, is that it is an experimental medical treatment. At this point, even if "fully FDA approved" and no longer listed as experimental (EUA), I would not take it (even if I hadn't gone through covid infection yet, which I just went through a few weeks ago; not fun, but not a death sentence, at least for me and my wife).
This is so spot on. I don't even have to mention the shot to explain why I don't want it.
I'm a healthy young adult, and have essentially 0 risk of dying, from a virus with symptoms curiously alike to the flu, that lead to no increase in death rate last year, that you have to use a test to know you have, which reads false positives at alarming rates, and if I did get can be treated with cheap over the counter remedies.
Sorry, I'm only replying so that it will be easier for me to go back to your incredible, excellent comment (when I click on my comments). I've never done this before so please take that as the highest compliment I can think of! : -)

I've been trying to wake up a local radio talk show host about vaccine dangers. Today I emailed him a screen shot of the Scott Adams tweet that the OP posted along with a screen shot of your comment (didn't include your user name of course for privacy). I let him know that it's only a matter of when and not if the world will wake up to the vaccine dangers and deaths and he will be without excuse, especially with the reasoning demonstrated in your comment. Really smart Pedes on this board!
Another great fact, MC. Love the replies (such as yours) that all illustrate that this is a community of critical thinkers. We weren't "guessing", to use Scott's word. We were analyzing.

Thanks for the tip. I should have realized that, but I've only saved posts so far. Will save great comments like JackieDaytona74's now.
Thank you, MW. I'm blushing :)

I'm positively humbled, MWF. Thank you very much for your activism, fellow patriot :)
Plus the shots having no legal liability was extremely off-putting from the start
