Yes, masks must fully cover both nostrils when worn appropriately. Just ask your local Karen!
Or a plastic bag. Or just a small hole in front with a large hole out the back, and spatter-matter showered on the wall.
More of this, and less of the “deals” that we see these people are able to take and “walk away.” No one benefits from “deals” but the deal taker - we need to witness a punishment that fits the crime that will prevent any thought of repeating said crimes in the future.

I’m in favor of removing his tongue and hands and letting him slip into madness over not being able to communicate or getting to feel important.

me thinks that it would be all to appropriate to give him an iv with a 1 gallon bag of the vax toxins in it... make sure that the needle is big and that the hose has NO restrictions in it... better yet.. pressurize the bag for full and fast effectiveness!
