This is a message that can resonate with normies. They have been sold on the idea this is about health and the greater good. By nature, normies distrust big business, the time is ripe to convince them this was more about money and power, than anything else.

Right, but they continue to maintain an image of themselves that they don’t trust big business, so that’s probably a point of cognitive dissonance worth pushing.
I think with leftists it starts early with the celebrities. They know all their favorite celebrities are multi-millionaires, but they think of them as their friends, not the 1% they hate, so they look the other way.
From there it’s fairly easy to sneak in the journalists (TV talking heads) as the next block of multi-millionaires they love. They are also kind of like celebrities, plus the leftists and normies are captivated by the phrase “speaking truth to power”. So that forgives the news anchors. They literally believe Rachel Maddow is “speaking truth to power”. But the right gets a little duped on this too when we think Tucker is speaking truth to power when we should probably assume that everything Tucker says on air has been vetted and approved by the mega-corporations.
Then the scientists are the next block of multi-millionaires the left submits to. On this one, the brainwashing phrase is “I fucking love science” and/or “Trust the science”. This one they trick the leftist or normie by depicting the scientist as the noble saint of pure intellectual pursuit. For them this is where their hatred of Christians comes in too, as that programming makes them rabidly defend all scientists as, essentially, faultless humans. It’s important the scientists occupy the sacred priest class in their globohomo belief system because beyond their hatred of Christians, they also want to show that their morality is higher than Christianity too. And this is the morality of Science - clean, clinical, modern (in their eyes) - and it only works if the scientists themselves are sinless.
