I’m looking at my heart rates over the past year. I was stupid and was vaxed before waking up. I don’t see a difference in my sleeping heart rates before and after 1st and 2nd dose of Moderna. I’d be curious to see if others were impacted differently.
What you do need to get checked, if a clinician is willing to run the test, is a D-dimer to check for micro clotting. That clotting can silently do a lot of damage in the body until one day it hits the wall. What can be helpful is either a baby aspirin every day or Nattokinase to help keep the blood from being too sticky. I have seen enough images of blood samples belonging to vaxxed people to doubt that something is going on in their blood. Some of it is so clumped together I do not know how it manages to flow through capillary beds - and they said they felt fine. Both the spike protein and graphene oxide can cause clotting. In addition, electrosmog from electronic devices can also contribute to changes in how red blood cells flow freely - they stack up in a row - called rouleau. The clotting noted in vaxxed individuals, all those rouleau stacks clump together into a tangled mess. I would not want that in my body.

I’m not able to take aspirin due to having had bariatric surgery 9 years ago. I wonder what other options I would have? I’ll have to look up the other option you mentioned.
How I hate that I took the jab. The mandate for my kids is what pushed me over the edge and I said no way! My husband risks losing his nursing job for not taking boosters. But we are done and we are fighting.
Keep in mind, you may have been in the control group and only received saline injections. If your didnt get ill after receiving tue jabs, you probably received the placebo. I pray that you were lucky and aren't infected with the mRNA.
I had a sore arm after the first and mildly flu-ish after the 2nd. I hate that I got it the jab.
My kids both got Covid and I cared for them, was coughed on and had all the germs, but I didn’t get sick and tested negative twice. I don’t know what to think and am doing everything in my power to improve my health. I’m scared of what may result from having taken the jab. But my kids will never take it and I’m getting involved everywhere I can locally to fight and raise awareness. Pulling my kids from public schools as well.
I'm happy you are doing well and am also happy that you are taking your children out of public schools. I don't have children, but when I had step children, we put them in private schools. I got to know the teachers before I would let them teach. Fortunately I live in the south east and the teachers were all very conventional and conservative. The girls both received excellent educations.
Good for you and you are welcome. The boosters are really where they want to take us. That is where they will lower the boom in attacking the immune system by destroying it. They have been working on a pandemic perpetual vaccine for years. By destroying the immune system, a person will be dependent on the vaxxines just to survive because their own immune system will no longer work.
Nattokinase is a supplement you can purchase that helps with stabilizing clotting. NAC will help mitigate the oxidative damage from the graphene oxide and the spike protein. It will take several months to clear this stuff from the body. We know they are watching and calculating when they need to hit the body again to keep up with the effects they want. That is why they timed the second dose when they did - it was right when the immune system started to recover - so they hit it again. They are beginning to show signs that they have figured out approximately the time interval between inoculations as far as boosters are concerned - between 3 to 6 months when it starts to wane. So figure about 12 months or more to clear it - as long as you do not take any more.
If you have not suffered any ill effects, consider yourselves lucky and you probably received a placebo or a very weak dose. But that does not mean that the weaker dose cannot hurt you - so still take precautions. I have seen some research that is claiming that about 70 percent of the jabs were either placebo or weak. 30 percent had various dosages with about 5 percent being the really bad jabs that crippled or killed people. Since this is one huge clinical trial, they are changing the formulas and dosages all the time. Good luck fren.

If true they need more than just a vitamin and diet regiment to turn the tide. Breathing techniques three times of the day and cold showers to help rest the heart and reset the entire body and immune system.
I don't think breathing techniques are going to help very much when these are the effects reported by Florian Dagoury, who's officially held his breath for 10 minutes and 30 seconds.
