Got a voicemail from my child's principal yesterday. Word today is that there is a tick tok challenge right now for kids to shoot up their schools. Why are kids allowed by their idiot parents to be on satanic media?

If school shootings weren't a semi-normal occurrence, I would agree with you. But they can and do happen and whether they're manufactured or not, it can still be dangerous.
Considering that school is bullshit, I don't see what it hurts to play it safe. Especially when you consider the fact that schools lose money when your child is absent. :D
The issue is responding to whoever is driving this fear, as they want you to.
And again, normally I would agree with you, but I see no harm in keeping your child out of school for one day and making the schools lose money as a bonus.

My wife got a warning from the school district she works for. Says the local police will be at every school.

Oh mannn!! If it was financially that easy, in a heartbeat.. my wife would need to quit or find a work from home job plus have time to school the children daily as well. I’ve looked extensively into it but the bills won’t a lot for it at the moment. Even with the saving from daycare, unfortunately it’s still a struggle unless she found a 22-25$ an hour job. I live in a state that make owning your home (still paying mortgage) cheaper then renting but unfortunately the cost of living has had an unimaginable effect less then a year ago.
This is why I miss being in a Dry Cabin.
If we can do it, any family can. We had a baby In 2020 then my wife lost her job. We have a nine year old too. We took it as a sign that it was the right thing to do. Has it been easy? No. Do i stress about making ends meet? Yes. But the benefit to our son has been immeasurable. Godspeed patriot. It's how we fight back. I often wonder what my purpose is, if God has a specific role for me. Then i realize maybe this is it. The struggle is real.
