Just don't eat or drink anything for the next 24-48 hours. You should be back to normal in no time.

I drink a lot of water to help break a fever, but you're correct about fasting! It really helps!

I use enough peanut butter to take ivermectin. I still taste it, but it helps a lot.
It's weird, but legumes (including peanuts) were actually an indicator of worse outcomes. I didn't save the article, but shouldn't be too hard to find. There are a bunch of articles that say smoking is correlated to better outcomes.
I didn't fast, but I did the nebulizer. Hopefully the fast will be enough.
Best to drink lots of water, especially with electrolytes. Otherwise, you run the risk of dehydration, which can make things worse.
I agree that you shouldn’t overload the digestive system, but outright fasting may not be what is required; the body still needs fuel - be sensible in regard to what you put in it; you will know. That stated, do stay away from sugar as it does nothing good and can only weaken your immune system.

I've been taking zinc for months. Used to take quercetin daily, but it lowered the level of my anti-seizure medication, so I'm only going to use it when I need to. I have that eeeeevil, dangerous horse paste, but just one dose left.
Wrap up in blankets and sweat it out.
Dr. McCullough advises a betadine iodine gargle and nose spray to reduce the viral load in mouth and nose. (He said he wished that he'd known this when COVID was "baking" for several days.) 2 teaspoons of iodine in 6 oz. of water and gargle for at least 30 seconds. Then use it as a nasal spray. Repeat every 4 hours to reduce symptoms. This will also help with flu or other random respiratory illnesses floating around.
Which form of iodine, though. Not betadine. But I have on hand two other iodine preparations.

Various things knocked the hell out of it in like 2 days. Good thing I've already been taking zinc, vitamins C, D and K, and magnesium for months. I also used peanut butter mixed with some weird apple sauce, then quercetin.

New study Ive seen recently twice. Benedryl and milk. Family members took Ivermectin got better in two days. Got mine ready. Pill form. But know someone who did paste and did well with that. It works. Think of all the lives that could have been saved. Fucking bullshit.
