ADA law also makes it illegal to discriminate against a person with a disability. People without the CLOTSHOT are being discriminated against, based on a medical condition - EEO violation. If your employer threatens to fire you because you didn't get the CLOTSHOT, get a lawyer and file an EEO lawsuit. It doesn't cost that much to file. Once a company has hundreds of lawsuits to litigate, how long will it take for them to back down?
