Hello, the Russian Orthodox Church we attend still has holy water available to take. In fact they'll be making more on Theophany Blessing of the Waters next month, Jan. 19. Don't paint with too broad a brush about the state of the "Church." There's some real church still happening.

Church of England is a joke. It’s the reason I turned away from the church when I was a child. The Orthodox Church looks like it’s much more how I expect a church to be.
I would've pulled that stupid note out, went out to the car where I always carry my water bottle, brought it in and poured water in there. The people dipping their fingers in it wouldn't know the difference and we get to keep our custom.
Separation of church and state is to protect the church from the state, not the other way around.
