I think what she meant, was once infected, a person will continue to test positive for up to 12 weeks after initial infection.
This means that when someone tests positive on a PCR, it only means that they have been infected at some point in the last 3 months, not that they are currently infected.
Of course, the 12 weeks is likely based on CDC recommended PCR cycle counts. We know that some labs were running cycle counts much higher than the recommended 26 or so cycles. In those cases, a positive test could mean they were infected at some point during the entire pandemic. Crazy.

The last couple of announcements from CDC seem scripted (perhaps by WHats) to publicly embarrass and discredit the CDC to the normies. 'they won't be able to walk down the street'. In the past, any disclosures negative to the CDC would be printed on a page deep in their website for people to MAYBE discover months down the road. This is all staged and part of a plan.
