As I understand it only citizens called to testify in Congress take an oath. Schiff and others regularly lie so I suggest anyone who speaks in Congress should take an oath of truth. Then action can be taken.
Possibly a reference to the oath to the Constitution he took upon entering office.
This is a great post. Some here were actually cheering for Schiff and his group of 17 treasonous Dems when they called for the illegal prosecution of a White Hat firm (NSO) backed by none other than General Flynn. Schiff is not only a Black Hat, but one of the worst. General Flynn knows where all the bodies are buried and used NSO to gain evidence. Nothing makes Schiff more angry than legal evidence--as provided by NSO--of his murder and rape of immigrant children.

It states that, with regard to senators and representatives, “for Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.” The Framers of the Constitution wanted to encourage debate in Congress, and they did not want that debate chilled by the threat of lawsuits.
