Went to a gas station in Idaho It was one of the few with a liquor license. The had hard booze, usual convenience and when I got to the counter I saw ammo in the shelf and sign on the door allowed open carry... Fuck do I love this state!

I am fine with banning open carry in major cities in exchange for superceded conceal carry meaning aside from someone else's home, I'm allowed to carry EVERYWHERE as it fucking should be. "Muh private business" does not override my right to protect myself.

Friend of mine's Pop, who is no longer with us, showed me an old magazine from back in the day, where for $10 you could order a Thompson Sub Machine Gun w/ the Drum.
It was a black n white ad in the back of the magazine and they'd ship the weapon in the mail.
I miss that old-timer, he was good people. WWII vet, based AF, knew everything there was about reloading. First time I met him, he handed me his 1911 and a box of color coded reloads to go shoot so we could report back how they did. He would then mass produce the best results for us.
