A very long time ago NYC was a great city, even capable of representing America but now days from what I've seen online it's not even a shell of its former self but rather a shit hole rapidly losing its population.
Native New Yorker here… it’s a vermin infested third world shithole, tbh. Only enjoyable be the elite. Otherwise you’re paying $2000 for a studio apartment the size of a couple of utility closets and it’s sure to be crawling with rats and roaches. Thank god I left that place and am never going back
One thing I like about FL is how cheap homes cost compared to other states. The tiny closet sized apartments of NYC don't even exist here. A tiny studio apartment here would be the size of a motel room. I saw a 2br 1ba house for sale the other day in good condition for just under $40,000.
A friend of mine that lives in CA, los angeles, pays around $2,000 for a studio apartment and that same apartment here would be more in the $500 price range. Sometimes people can get lucky like him and make a lot more money but anyone that doesn't land a good paying job in liberal cities will have a rough life.
FLA is killing it in so many ways. My next move will certainly be there or Texas
I've lived in FL for 30 years. I used to want to travel to other states but now days you couldn't pay me to leave FL. I truly do hope one day Liberal trashed places are saved. Like Oregon is beautiful away from the cities, just to name one.

I remember visiting NYC in the '90s when I was a kid and thinking it was the most fantastic place I could ever imagine. And it was pretty great back then. I visited several more times after that, and for years, I dreamed of living there. Now, I wouldn't set foot into that dump of a city, or what's left of it. Liberals destroyed it. It was never really the same post-9/11 anyway.

In Melbourne the fireworks were a ticket-holders only event. Crowds still turned out on Swanston Street's Princess Bridge hoping to see the tops of skycrapers and our iconic skyline lighting up.
Nothing of the sort happened. Instead there were two appallingly small displays, one down the Yarra behind the river tree line and the other in the more exclusive Docklands precinct, which struggles to attract foot traffic most of the time.
Meanwhile across the suburbs there were many hundreds of illegal fireworks displays, some far more spectacular than the official paid event.
God loves the rebels and so do I.

I love that people are creating their own celebrations and traditions now across the world. We don't need the elite to entertain us. We know what they're about now anyway. God bless and save the good people of Australia.

That reminds me of when I got caught in a riptide and couldn't swim back. I just let go and got dragged out while I accepted my death. Then a lifeguard emerged out if nowhere. His buoy had a rope attached that they were cranking from the shore.
There was so much pressure from the currents that the fucking rope snapped. He started hyperventilating and I had to comfort him while we drifted out on the buoy.
A wave runner manned by another lifeguard finally showed up and dragged us behind. He had to zip zag to make any progress because the currents were so strong. Took us like 10 mins to get back to shore.
NYC has become a shit hole. No one wants to be outside in NYC. Their crime rates rival Chicago now

Honestly, I thought I heard something about vaccine passports and masking requirements to be there. The funny part was when they showed all of the security staff “keeping them safe,” that all of them, like seriously almost all of them were unmasked, and the camera crews were quickly trying to cut to a different scene to prevent too much viewership of their freedoms. The whole show was a corporatist, communist, media drag show…I watched it for the keks. Still sucked.
They got some good masked crowd shots for the close ups with the “hosts”, probably paid actors in the crowd. Most there were unmasked. My family and I watched for two minutes, watched the ball drop, then turned it off.
The crowd was sparse to begin with; don’t know if that was by design (vax card) or arbitrary crowd sizes rules. It used to be such an uplifting and fun event with all those people there celebrating, something else to look forward to after Christmas. Now, until all the evil people are unmasked and rounded up, it’s a sham.

Until the businesses stop supporting these illegal mandates for Covid shots and papers, they will continue to go down the tubes. And the police officers who show up in droves should be more than ashamed of themselves and their lack of diligence to their oath of office in supporting the U.S. Constitution. Following orders is not going to cut it. NYC was once a thriving tourist destination, but no longer.

Imo, that's exactly what they're doing. It's how evil operates. Evil feeds on misery. When they inflict pain on others, it makes them feel better. They feed off of it. Temporarily. Like any addiction, they always need more.
Love and Light exposes their dark and empty selves. And they hate that because it also exposes their weakness and vulnerabilities. To regain that false sense of power, they inflict as much misery as possible to get the desired reaction. It's all about power and control.
