I too saw the tech being developed back in the 90s. I was in a high tech think tank. Today's version is so small it can be sprayed in the sky for consumption by simply breathing it in. From that perspective it really can't be stopped. No way to opt out of it.
The only way this is stopped is to completely bring down the entire apparatus responsible for enabling and deploying the tech.
I think this is where Trump has angered tons of people.

Was this set into place to somehow give authority for the mass killings we are seeing now? How does the CDC and FDA get away with the unprecedented numbers dead from the 'COVID' vaxxine? There are no over over 20,000 deaths and no end in sight for pulling it off the market. This is compared to 37 deaths when the FDA pulled and halted the swine flu vaxxine. What is driving this insanity?
Next time you see a cell tower, you better think of it as a prison guard tower watching and monitoring you. This is precisely what is coming. Maybe its time to not participate in their matrix and ditch your cell phone. I did over 2-years ago and I feel nothing but liberation and freedom.
