The shape of the forehead/skull and brow are completely different. The real Biden has/had a kinda ape-looking head, the actor playing Biden has a normal-looking head. The chin is different too. And as far as the earlobes, if for example you were to get elective plastic surgery, wouldn't you want both earlobes to match, either attached or hanging?
