The Supreme Court still mandating vaccines and masks for the healthcare employees is not right. Sorry not dooming, but this is not right.

This may be one way to get the government out of our healthcare. If enough people quit and go to non fed funded places, they go down.
Agreed. No one left behind... this is seriously fucked up that the healthcare industry is now stuck with this burden.
THERE IS NO BENEFIT TO THE "VACCINE" FOR "COVID" - ONLY RISKS!!!!!
How the fuck were these points just ignored?!
Couldn't they now engineer anything, without any recourse, make it more dangerous and try this again?
Not a win for healthcare workers. You’re right about this. I’m guessing we’re going to see the beasts that have been inserted into hospital administration positions go right back to their mandates - and more healthcare workers will leave these jobs.
I’m not really sure just what the overall strategy is with these DS losers anymore. Are they trying to destroy the hospital system? They’re not getting people who are adamantly against becoming human guinea pigs with experimental drugs to jump on the jab bandwagon. They’ve tried begging, bullying, “shaming”, bribes, the works and they must know this.
We’ve seen through their games (inre capacity) and their narrative is sounding more and more absurd and ludicrous, frankly. Are they just like a cancer - infest an organization (educational institutions, government, hospitals, etc) and try to kill it off? As the jabbed workers remaining continue to catch the flu, will they awaken?
Prayers for those in healthcare who want nothing to do with these jabs, but would like to keep their jobs. 🙏🏻
America's Frontline Doctors are opening up clinics that will not mandate anything. These establishments will help place some of those who lost their jobs because of the mandates. I foresee other Healthcare workers going this route - maybe even a return of the home visiting physician and a boom in private practices?
Parallel economy and society!
That sounds really good. I’m sure the better healthcare workers would appreciate being in a caring, sane job vs the garbage the hospital industry has become. I’ll have to look into the AFD efforts. Thank you for that.
I’ve heard some teachers are leaving that festering mess of the public school system and starting smaller groups teaching to kids whose parent(s) pulled them out of the indoctrination system.
This is true. Our society is realizing the value of quality over quantity and it will take time to get there, but the juice will be worth the squeeze. 🙂
We need small local independent practices. The monopoly systems must be destroyed.
Do you have the link by chance?

Thanks
I am on their Telegram channel where they share a lot of info, but here is a recent GAW posting about it:

Yeah sucks for them but they will eventually get vindication
How? Isn’t the Supreme Court the highest court and the final word?
This case had to do with Federal contracting regulations and what the Federal government can require of non-federally contracting companies.
The court decided the Federal government cannot dictate the contractual mandates for non-federally contracting companies.
That is the obvious answer. If the Federal government isn't involved in a private company's contracts, then they don't get to mandate shit.
This only tangentially could involve the medical industry. The medical industry survives off federal subsidies and Medicaid/Medicare, so they have an entirely different landscape than the OSHA cases do.
This was the right ruling, as it is straight and to the point for the OSHA mandate.
It was wrong that they didn't address the injunction for HHS, but that can be remedied in a week if need be. The healthcare fight isn't over, it just requires another court ladder climb with a better, more specific case for health mandates.
The fight goes on.
Thank you so much for this explanation
No, God is. Keep faith fren, we'll be vindicated
I see it more as a start not a win. The thing to really pay attention to is they left the mandate there for some, showing.in some way they think they are necessary and in some ways not.
So they dont really care about law or the Constitution. And they have left the door open for both sides to continue arguing their case.
There’s always got to be one in the bunch. Doom and gloom. Why is it that we can’t even celebrate one win. Just one without somebody trying to bring the rest of us down. Concern trolls
