They can delegate authority all they want, bit Congress doesn't have the authority to circumvent the Constitution, neither does the Federal "agency" they delegate that authority to. Same goes for NGO's Congress decides to delegate to, as well.
Yup. I don't know if it's true that Gorsuch cared about that doctrine at all, but if he did, that's incredibly retarded and telling that he wouldn't simply oppose it for being obviously unconstitutional.

Yeah, I have similar thoughts. It would be wonderful, but if I had to put odds on it, probably just a means for pushing against personal freedom rather than them trying to oppose a specific threat they see.

Could just be generic fearmongering as always, but this could very well be one of those catalysts for change that we are looking for. A lot would need to happen for the court to ever make a ruling like this (especially given how most seem cabal) and so I don't have much to say for this other than them freaking out makes me happy.

Ffs, the whole point is that Congress didn’t delegate the authority to OSHA to enact such a mandate. If a law is passed by Congress, they are delegating the authority outlined in the law. Are these people lying or just stupid?
