I isn't about backbone.
They are lifetime appointments. There should be no visible political pressure on them.
So they are either working for the enemy (Roberts and possibly Kavanaugh)
Or have some other pressure being applied.
Because there is nothing in the Constitution that even hints that the Executive Branch of the Federal Government can tell nurses all over the country that they must have an experimental dose of unknown crap injected into their bodies or else be fired.
That decision was outrageous.
Well it's easier to just blame it on the Democrats. No need to have a man who cannot be fired EVER stand by his beliefs. Hell even Don Jr is giving Kavanaugh an out. "The Dems bwoke him" :(

Remember, no one is allowed to rise up the ranks of any position of power unless approved by the DS. And the DS only approves of those they own and operate.
All appearance of choice has been false for a long while now.
As a man then, he should resign. Period.
17 million vaccines are now LEGALLY REQUIRED because of him and his vote. Are vaccines safe? If you think 'no' then how many people did he just doom to illness and possible long term effects including death. Where does it end? Why the need to make excuses for the inexcusable?

Nah. The repercussions should be a hella lot more impactful than simply resegnation.

As to him standing as a man? If he had that capability, this wouldn't be an issue now. Can't demand a worm to have a spine, else it wouldn't be a worm.

I cant understand how its unconstitutional for businesses but constitutional for hospitals. It either IS or IS NOT.
I think the idea is that they receive Medicare funds. The government basically said that participating in Medicare was voluntary and if hospitals choose to participate in Medicare they would have to abide by many rules, including having their workers vaccinated. In theory, a private hospital that does not accept Medicare does not have to comply.
The reality is that Medicare payments are a huge significant source of funding and without it they would go bankrupt.
I'm really hoping that this will be the first step in getting the government out of the hospital.
John Roberts has been a compromised POS for a long time. I don't know what they have on Kavanaugh, but I'm sure we'll find out what his strings lead to at some point in time.

This "no backbone" BS may as well go unsaid as it means absolutely nothing.
Maybe they are blackmailed, threatened or just evil, but saying they do not have a spine or backbone sounds idiotic, just say nothing at all.
Whichever way you look at it, and whichever way you want to think about it, these two are instrumental in the destruction of the American Democratic Party.

Roberts is controlled his adopted kids arranged by epstien
