Peal of 3 grapefruits, 3 lemons, 8 cups of water. I simmer in a crock pot instead of a pot on the stove because there's far less evaporation. Strain after several hours into a juice container. We take 2 tablespoons every day with 50 mg of zinc and 500mg of vit c.
You may make a home made quercetin Which is very similar to HCQ. Works against Rona. But basic Recupe is 3 large organic grape fruit peels, and 2-3 lemon peels...also Organic. Simmer them at a boil, in a pan with a glass lid for like 3 hours.......The "tea" the medicine is the water in the pan....take 2 tablespoons a day. But essentially the oils is what contains the medicine, and to extract that need to boil in low low boil for hours.....hope this helps.
If you cannot get your hands on HCQ or IVM, Black Seed Oil is an alternative to treat COVID as an anti-viral: "Thymoquinone (TQ), the main active ingredient of black seed oil, possesses antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antimicrobial, immunomodulatory and anticoagulant activities. TQ also increases the activity and number of cytokine suppressors, lymphocytes, natural killer cells, and macrophages, and it has demonstrated antiviral potential against a number of viruses, including murine cytomegalovirus, Epstein-Barr virus, hepatitis C virus, human immunodeficiency virus, and other coronaviruses."
There is also Shungite. Its a carbon mineral found only in the Russian province of Karelia and is a fullerine much like Buckyfullerine (Buckyballs)
Its very old, over 2 billion years old and its great stuff.
I have taken this infused in water for 3 weeks now and have more energy, I sleep much better and don't need my COPD inhalers and pain killers as much as I used to.
There is a lot to this mineral, it seems to protect against EMF radiation and might even help people with spike proteins and graphene hydroxide poisoning.
I hope and pray I am right to say this, I really do.
Have a DDG for Elite Shungite please, I like it a lot.
Don't risk concocting something that might take you out. Truck on down to the nearest farm store and get some paste or injectible IVM. It is safe, and a tube is only about 10 bucks.
The HCQ "tea recipe" is safe and natural. It does take time to prepare and tastes like horseshit. It should be taken sparingly if asymptomatic and a few tablespoons per day if symptomatic.
There is no home recipe for ivermectin, so I agree with you there.
I don't think there is a home recipe for HCQ either. The home recipe is for quinine using lemon and grapefruit peels boiled down. HCQ is a different chemical compound than pure quinine, and from what I have read pure quinine can be dangerous although HCQ is safe. That warning about quinine could be DS propaganda but who knows.
Also doubt its HCQ or whatever, most likely its Hesperidine which is dervied from citrus peels and vit C. Hesperidine was identified from docking studies to be able to compete with covid spike for Ace 2 receptor sites.
please show reports or any research. Or have you done no research? never mind you're obviously a clown. Remember folks as this site has taught some of us do your own research as clowns will just respond and mislead with no proof.

Hi, can we make this with instant pot instead?
Don’t know. Haven’t tried. Best case, try it and see.hard to mess this up. Just saying. But it’s a snow day in GA so I’m drunk.
Lol okay thanks.

Also make sure not to take the lid off until the liquid is cool.
This is key. The quinine will accumulate on the lid. It has to return to room temp with the lid remaining on the entire time. Don't get impatient

I'd just like to say thank you to everyone who posts helpful info here. Just one of the reasons this is a great place to hang out.

You can make tincture from cinchona bark.

Tonic water with quinine works well.
It’s very low amount, you would need to drink a ton
Did the calcs a while back .. i think it was about 4L tonic water per day to get equivalent dose to HCQ 500mg
Please share your findings or any info that lead to this response. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/323692#_noHeaderPrefixedContent https://www.huffpost.com/entry/quinine-tonic-water-gin_n_5982994
Huh? You mean where it says it’s super diluted, or the part where it says a serving has 20mg. And a medicated dose would be 500-1000mg
