I am currently with you and I hate it. Makes my food taste bad and nauseates me all day. No JAB PUREBLOOD tho so it is worth it.

I have a friend that experienced the exact same thing. Food he use to like taste different. I’ve heard this explained that taste also come from memory so it’s really learning the things you like in your brain.

My experience was that on day 12, I made some sourdough toast and when I brought it up to my mouth the smell almost made me gag. It smelled horrific. I had everyone in the house smell it, 6 people and they said it smelled like sourdough toast. I couldn't drink coffee for 6 days, I couldn't get past the smell, and I'm a coffee addict. The 7th day of this and things began to return to normal. Smell makes us about 80% of your taste.

I only tested once and that was back in Jan, 2021. Spit test - Positive but it took a good 2 weeks for it slowly roll back. During that time I couldn't smell anything ripe or strong. You have a taco bell moment in the bathroom it wouldn't faze me, lmao.

The bland taste I guess was metallic. It was weird too when I got it.

Flu/cold does this to you. Covid isn't real. Stop falling for fake news. I just got over the flu and still have trouble tasting and smelling. It was horrible but so was the last time I had the flu which was like 10 years ago.

I got covid Christmas Day... Completely lost my smell 4 days later. I have my smell back around 75%. I read that taking (which I do) Zinc and NAC helps and I also smell very strong essential oils to get my senses working... Not sure which is helping but something is...

I didn't vaccinate or get covid but things have smelled like brim stone off and on for about a year. Taste.... forget it. I'm still waiting for that to return. It's bizarre but whatever.

I started feeling poorly on 12/24. Husband started feeling poorly on 12/26. We are not vaccinated and never will be. We were not tested and never will be. Feeling like crap lasted 2 weeks. We went nowhere. Never left the house except for going to the mailbox.

We lost our sense of taste and smell immediately, and it returned at the same time (weird) for both of us on 1/13. It has not returned 100% but is much improved.

Strangest illness we have ever experienced. No fever, dry hacking cough, no chest congestion but minor cold symptoms, recurrent headache, extreme lethargy and fatigue, joint stiffness, back pain, and zero appetite.

I always lose my sense of taste with the common cold but husband never does, so this was a first for him. It was an effort to eat and drink, but we did.

We took Ivermectin and a Z pak for 5 days as well as turmeric tincture and elderberry syrup. We are both over it and fine but lack the amount of energy we had pre-illness. We have also been on a regimen for over 2 years of daily doses of vitamin C, vitamin D, and zinc.

Same. I didn’t get tested or anything but for about a week I had really bad body aches, couldn’t smell, and had a cough that lasted about 3 weeks. So I assume I had whatever has been going around for these couple years lol.

It’s been a little over two months and I still can’t smell much. Occasionally get whiffs of things, like when my girlfriend blew out a candle the other day. Things like that.

But still no real sense of smell. I’ll let you know haha.

Day 6 for me. However, still to this day, 1 year later, smell is a little off. Bad things all have the same smell to me regardless of what it is, baby diaper or skunk or passed gas - all have the same smell. Fresh cut grass, now smells citrusy, it’s just bizarre.

It took me 2.5 months for mine to come back. It's still a tad dull. It didn't start coming back until I started taking serrapeptase. Not sure if that's what did it or just my neurons making new pathways over time.

Got this hot mess the first week of August and I got my sense of taste back around Halloween… my sense of smell didn’t take as long - about 3 weeks. But starting mid-November I starting losing tons of hair!!!! Mass hair loss! I had to buy regrowth serum to give it a boost and it has leveled off. We’ll see..

My son is on month 5 and still does not have his smell back. He never lost his taste, which is odd. We have tried a few oils with strong smells, like peppermint and once in a while he can smell that.

took about a month and a half for it to come back for me, but I also hit 30 shortly after so a lot of tastes and smells changed for me between the two. Red onions are almost sickeningly sweet in smell and taste but no longer burn my eyes when cutting them. Bummer cuz I used to love onions

September to November then I just lost it again in December and smell smoke and bad smells again. I don’t know why I lost it again I assume I had a sinus infection. I quit going to the doctor once they started murdering people. Order antibiotics and Ivermectin from India now.

Th people I know that lost smell and taste lost it for several months but it did comeback. I also heard it makes beef taste really, really bad. They did not lose it completely, but lost it for a lot of things and other things tasted wrong...if that makes sense.

My daughter and son-in-law both lost it when they were sick not quite two weeks ago. It’s already slowly coming back for both of them - they can now smell and taste strong scents and flavors. Normal hasn’t come back yet.
