If I understand correctly, they're only legally required to keep records of election data for 22 months. Which would put this september as the concrete end point of anything to do with the election. Meaning, all of this stuff that's been coming out of Wisconsin, Georgia, etc. lately is going to REALLY ramp up soon if anything's actually going to be done.

If devolution is in place, none of that matters, tge likely have all the evidence they need already. If devolution is not in place we are fucked.
This reality only makes sense when you factor in devolution.
So is there a time table on devolution and when we can put that to bed or confirm it.....?
I don't know I am not much of a student of devolution. I am kinda done researching that kind of thing. It either happens or doesn't. I have my own red line on when to fight.
Didn't they already delete records in some places? Even after court orders to release the data for auditing purposes?
I can hope. But in reality, we’ve been promised that there would be a reckoning “in two weeks” for about two years. I have faith in God, but little faith in man. And men seem to be doing little to expose election fraud. I believe it happened, but until 60-70% of Americans say “Well, yeah, obviously there was election fraud”, there won’t be any consequences for those that participated. What’s really scary is the fact that there are people who believe it occurred, but say, “Well, for the good of the country, it’ll be handled in private.” No, this is idiotic. The good of the country demands that corruption is exposed. Remember “they won’t be able to walk down the street.” That implies that a vast majority of people are shown proof that election fraud occurred. That doesn’t imply that it’s handled in darkness and the culprits are secretly tried at gitmo. Anyway, one guy’s two cents. But what the hell do I know?
Rasmussen poll today: 58% think that there was election fraud. Nearly there.

Form matters...just saying, for Haiku.
I can tell you are honest, as I've experienced that too. No need to swear, instead, use an extra carriage return on the lines. That's what I do.

OK has 24 month retention requirement--2 more moths than the 22 month retention requirement in the Federal Voting Act.
Still, good reminder to us all!
Record keeping I believe. There is nothing that says they cant be preserved for ongoing criminal investigations though. Thats if you even trust after 14 months what records do exist are valid and accurate.

supposedly...but they have been deleting it all along so at this point what difference does it make? ...sound familiar....NCSWIC.....shit will fly soon....fan on cow pies stacked just waiting for the flingers to arrive.......
Wisconsin is pushing a lot harder than before for the data.
Georgia seems to be dropping its criminal actors in hot water.
Az and PA have unfortunately gone somewhat dark 😞
