Try exercising a bit at home if you can. It's helped me a lot. Also, it sounds stupid, but maybe take a stab at learning a new skill or something that will help exercise your mind a bit.
This fucking senseless response to this 'pandemic' has taken a toll on everyone's wits whether they want to admit it or not. It's such a slow, gradual decline mentally ... It makes it even worse since you tend to think that things will never get back to normal and that you'll have to avoid jabs for the rest of your life.
It will not be this way much longer ... There's too many facts coming out and the scum responsible for this senseless attack on the world are starting to sound like idiots. In the meantime, try and take some steps to improve yourself ... Even tiny accomplishments will help.

I do understand. I feel the same way every few weeks when another "important" deadline comes and goes without any obvious effect.
However, I think back to what put me on this path. How did I become awake? Firstly, I did not understand the 2016 election. One candidate was the obvious shoe-in and the other was stupid - according to the MSM. I thought the "shoe-in" was dangerous so I started digging. She was far more dangerous than I realised and the "stupid" one seemed to be quite bright, honest and a recent media hero.
Then I came across Q. That pointed me in useful directions. I concluded that information is king and it was my job to propagate it far and wide. At some point we will achieve a critical mass.
So, while I would like things to move more quickly I feel it is unfair to expect someone else to just sort it all out for us. We must all do what we can.
I felt like you, and then someone suggested that I pray about it and it took away the anxiety. We're all looking for signs that the tides have turned in our favor and these are the only sources that we have. Hang tough fren.
There are those of us that hear you, and sympathize.
Find ways to relax, to enjoy life, to spend time with those you love. The harder you try to hold on to what life was, the more miserable you will be. Life is pretty simple if you let it be. Find out what’s most important and pour yourself into it.

And on the humorous regurgitated transformer meme post I made today that made it to the top you wouldn’t believe the amount of positive comments with the sentiment that they needed a good laugh, I will be honest though I too was actually disappointed there wasnt more high quality hopium when I got home from work and started browsing, so I get it. We all have lives and rely on each other using this platform so we must keep in mind the power an updoot holds and uplift the good posts we see and add commentary the best we can, put something out there someone else may see the value. There was a story of a National Guard truck ramming into a gate on the border, might not sound like much but there seems to be a lot of comms that others could greatly help out on, those are the posts that surely get seen but upvotes get skipped over when the user moves on to the next story

Part of it is a result of using the reddit approach of having up and down voting content and having "points".
Stuff that is clever gets more noticed because it's easy to hit +1. So, people tailor their posts and repost stuff that gets more hits.
That and infiltration would be big factors, IMO.
