I would suggest following the money; that is, American Capitalist who invested in pre- WWII Germany. I would also look into America's Eugenics programs and how they transitioned to Germany, again pre-WWII. In my mind, English and American Investments in Germany were made to build a war machine against Russia. Only after loss at Stalingrad (Russia) were American & English triggered to begin the destruction of Germany; thereafter, Hitler had to fight a multi front war; through his experience in WWI, Hitler knew Germany had lost.
Slight correction. The Anglo–American banking cartel financed both sides for more profits through destruction followed by reconstruction:

The German History after WWII is framed by the winners, the financiers of the war. Germany still is a colony of the Deep State with no peace treaty and no sovereignty. I, as a german, wait for the end of the ongoing WWIII to learn about the truth concerning the history of my country.
Think about the fact that we know the details of each and every train from France to Auschwitz, but there is not one single peace of paper of the financial accounting of the NSDAP left which was stored in American occupied Munich. There was copy in Soviet occupied Berlin, but that is another story.
Nazi ideology is born out of the disaster of 1806, and builds momentum from there.
1813 sees the first physical manifestation of the ideology.
1870 sees it developed into a detailed system and worldview, aka "Prussian Socialism", which has nothing to do with Marx. It's more like trying to imagine that an entire ethnic group spread across different "countries" can be considered like a scattered marine corps platoon on a large scale.
Follow central European history from there, in the setting of a world dominated by British and French colonialism just past the peak of their power, with Germany on the up in terms of population and ecomonic growth.
If you start with a modern western orientated perspective, and work backwards, trying to overlay modern thinking on past behavior, then understanding the whole thing will make no sense.
If you start in detail from the beginning, the story unfolds in a natural way towards the innevitable conclusion.
Main source that comes to mind is the Reich trilogy, by Richard J. Evans. Highly detailed accounts (though I don't know how far you can trust them) of the average life in Germany before the Nazis, during their reign, and a separate book for what happened during the war.
Some regimes have murdered 10,000,000 or more people. This is more than the death toll of World War I. Three regimes have even murdered more than 20,000,000, itself more than the combat dead of World War II. No one can absorb these numbers; they are intellectually and morally indigestible. Beyond belief. By far, the media and literature on genocide and mass murder have devoted most attention to the Holocaust. But even those publicizing this particular evil seem unaware of the total murdered by Hitler and his henchmen-about 21,000,000. Moreover, aside from the Holocaust, there seems to be little general knowledge that there were even greater megamurderers. The purpose of this theme page, then, is to reference what is available on this site that deals with these truly evil regimes. I hope that thereby more attention will be devoted to them, that we learn from their bloodletting, and that their mountain of victims will be remembered and memorialized.
ONe day recently, I watched a four hour video about Hitler. Maybe it was called Hitler's secrets, or something like that. It was in 25 parts, and believe me, you will know all about before during and after the Nazis if you find it and watch it.
I have enjoyed Joseph P Farrell's youtube interviews about the secret nazi nuclear program. Him and Tino Struckman lay it out about Hans Kammler and the V Weapon programs- spoiler- they were way ahead, and the folks who built that stuff went to work in US (and to a lesser degree, Soviet) military industrial complex. Other Nazi affiliated groups and individuals started the organization that was the precursor to the EU.
"The Myth of German Villainy" - excellent book to read, but here it is read aloud on this guy's channel. Here's the 7-part playlist.

Buckle up. Many surprises await...

Try going to the library and finding books written before 1950. Q recommended reading old books.
