I am always looking for an answer as to why people make the choices they do. Yes, we are responsible for our choices once we hit a certain age, but the 'why' behind one's compulsions, fears and actions, especially if they are negative or harmful to one's self and others is worth knowing and understanding.
Revealing what is triggering certain unwanted behavior or phobias or addictions is often key to putting a stop to it and preventing it from manifesting again and harming other innocent victims.
