Anybody experiencing b rain fog?

Just curious if anybody's been able to think properly in the past mo or so.

I haven't been able to think properly in years. My mind is a constant jumble of conspiracies, politics, geography, history, and alternate history scenarios. I can't focus on something for very long or i'll get uncomfortable and jittery it sucks!

I feel brain fog I think. During this whole covid ordeal though, I feel like my mental stability is remarkable. I attribute that to remaining calm because I trust the plan. I also recognized that were in a psyop and to not get emotionally invested. The result of that though is that I feel like my life is in a holding pattern and I cannot get anything accomplished.

Likewise. I'm amazed at how calm I've been, despite the fact that my wife has fucked off to England "until you see sense and get the vax". The only health-related things I've noticed are excessive mucus since getting the WuFlu, 2 years ago, and, recently, getting a herpes cold sore on my lip every single week - and, yes, I'm taking daily supplements including C, D3, K2, zinc, cacau, magnesium, quercetin, L-lysine, NAC and Resveratrol. I'm rattling!

You can get a rx for valtrex. It’s most likely triggered from stress. Also Sunlight can also trigger a viral reaction too. Use a spf lip balm if you go out or wear a hat if it’s more than 15 min.

I used to have chronic brain fog, before Covid times, and found that fermented cod/skate liver oil made it go away. Now, the only time I get brain fog is when I don't get enough sleep.

I've never had tremors personally, and unfortunately I don't really know much about them in terms of causes, treatment, etc.

Im having brain fog and hand tremors too. The brain fog kinda feels like im baked but ill feel like that when im totally sober. Its strange. The hand tremors are concerning to me though. Ill be going to a doctor to see if they can figure anything out.

Yep. 51 yrs old blue collar physical job. Lots of joint pain and morning brain fog. You can count on it like clockwork. If the weather man is predicting rain on Tuesday. Monday they are spraying the hell out of the sky. I've seen post on here about Ivermectin helping with both.

Starting taking Iver a few weeks ago as my spouse took when he got the flu(?)omicron(?) last month (I had light case too for a few days.) He reported feeling energetic and thinking more clearly so took my first dose a couple weeks ago and have taken 3 doses so far (twice a week) and today I feel SO GOOD and full of energy. I feel like my mind fog is lifting too and it could just be moving around more and working outside, but there are no coincidences right?Got the scrip fro Push Health back in October and they sent to my pharmacy. Wish I had taken sooner!

Altered perception, off balance for no reason, stumbling through words sometimes, drowsy and forgetful, trouble typing for a day. Just within the past 2 months or so.

Had about 4 days of brain fog from the wuflu. If it persists, I recommend going into ketosis — clears up brain fog pretty well normally, I imagine it will work against covid fog too.

You should look into the ketogenic diet. I don’t recommend it for long term, but ketosis puts your body in a natural anti-inflammatory state, increases testosterone production (in men at least), and overall just makes you feel great. Think of it as detoxing from the typical first world diet, which consists of far too many simple carbs.

People have lowered blood pressure, cholesterol, reversed type 2 diabetes, and fixed a lot of other issues with it.

Personally, I don’t think it’s a proper long term solution, but it can help you identify root issues and give some temporary relief. That said, I did drop like 60lbs the first time I tried it in 2016.

If you do it, you just need to be sure to make water your best friend, or you’ll end up dehydrated super quickly.

No but really tired and stressed and my sleep is shit, so not surprised. If one is into astrology it is probably part of the mercury in Retrograde thing. I have observed that the passing of time is bizarre lately. Like feelings of "lost time" or surreal passage.

I'm not sure but I've been struggling terribly at work. I'm a manager. I'm really good at being on point, but not lately. I've been figuring it's because I'm human and we are over worked and not paid fairly working around this staff shortage and the new normal of the workers calling in sick on the daily regularly.

THere is a lady on youtube that talks about releasing stored stress from the physical body-- something about a Vagus (sp?) nerve reset. I need to do her ear massage exercise. I just stumbled across her videos because lately I feel like my nervous system is often stuck in alert mode. It's a good thing I don't know martial arts or I may have accidentally killed a waiter that came up on my left side and suprised me. lol

Damn I thought I was the only one. I have a hard time grasping the last 10 years or so and I’m only in my thirties. I can’t put together events in my head a lot of the time. I just sit trying to remember things. Maybe it’s just getting older but who knows.

Last few years I get panic attacks. Some days I get tremors and I feel like I can’t control my hands from shaking. I don’t do drugs or take anything and I’m in shape.

Not me. I'm still sharp as a tack.

I think younger people have been hijacked by a media and gaming overload. And school indoctrination.

I probably had some of that indoctrination back when I was in school, but it sure didn't take. It's the same with most of my former classmates.

Turn off the TV, stop with all-day gaming, and take a break from the computer. Also put away the cell phone. I see so many people with their heads pointed down all day, getting stiff necks and lowering their attention spans.

I don't have a TV, don't play games, and don't use a cell phone. Every few days, I take a day off from visiting here or any of the other sites I frequent.

Take a walk outside. Get an old familiar book and read it. Go out to a nice restaurant and take your time with the meal. Take your wife or friends and talk about ordinary things.

If your mind is running on high at bedtime, try the trick of doing a "brain dump." There are good videos explaining this on YouTube. It helped me.

I don't want to put anything like that in my system, natural or otherwise. I don't have issue with ppI who do nor do I take any issue with marijuana itself, but I just refuse to. Thanks for the suggestion, though!
