Well, I would bet it does, if his lawyers are worth anything at all, but it cannot stop them from actually doing it. The contract can lay out terms for how he can seek damages from them in the case they do it, or there might be some automatic monetary penalties.
He would probably not force that issue until he's jumped to another platform (Truth Social?). Then he will probably sue the fuck out of them. Or at least we can only hope!
