Trump’s team tried to sue right after the election asserting that those ballots were improperly counted. The State said he didn’t have standing because there was no hard evidence that allowing those votes made Biden win. Now the Supreme Court has ruled that there were 2 million mail in votes which went overwhelmingly to Biden. Given the small margin of “victory” for Biden, the Supreme Court cannot avoid determining Biden won with votes that were constitutionally illegal.
One small detail, the commonwealth court (appeals level court in PA) made the ruling 3 to 2 on party lines. The PA Supreme Court has yet to decide but since they are hard left, we need them to actually follow the law and not politics. We will see soon. IF they agree with the commonwealth court, PA is over. Biden loses.
That's not quite right. The court decided against ruling those votes invalid because the law had been in place for a year without any legal challenge, which only happened when the election didn't go their way:
Unsatisfied with the results of that wager, they would now flip over the table, scattering to the shadows the votes of millions of Pennsylvanians,” Justice David Wecht wrote following the election. “It is not our role to lend legitimacy to such transparent and untimely efforts to subvert the will of Pennsylvania voters. Courts should not decide elections when the will of the voters is clear.”
The question is of course, why did the Republicans wait until after the election to file a lawsuit? Why not do it the minute the law was passed, or at least before anyone voted? Very suspicious.

You could almost understand one state having an issue on election night. Multiple states having similar issues, and resolving them by finding hundreds of thousands of votes for Biden is incomprehensible.
Additionally, every single one of those states was a key state. OIdaho, North Dakota, or Oklahoma didn't have issues and suddenly turn blue, and no state out of all fifty happened to come out more red after any "errors".
Most Dems don't care. They cheat, it's what they do. Not only that, they feel it is their obligation and birth right. They have been endowed with a moral superiority that requires them to save humanity from people who believe in individual freedom and responsibility.
I need no such thing. Naming the beast. There at those that think the malefactors can be woken to join us. My assertion is that they know exactly what they are doing. Check your fire.

This is the heart of the problem. You can’t have a fair system with cheaters and they absolutely believe their ends are justified by any means.
