I'd say he has really good public health expertise.

Joe Rogan has more college credits than Bill Gates.
Neither graduated college and neither have a nedical degree.
I'd say the edge goes to Rogan.
Rogan also isn't a megalomaniac with delusions of grandeur who believes slaughtering humans by the hundreds of millions to save the planet is a good idea.
Well that and Rogan has a lot more ethos than Gates, the son of a wealthy lawyer who had connections with the military and pretty much just placed his son as figurehead for the gov't so they could have control over software in the emerging computer.market, hence all the backdoors in all windows systems.
Gates is a weirdo rich kid who was autistic enough to come across like the right person to run a company like this, but that's all he is. He's a CIA operative who says what they tell him to say and pretend he's not an employee of the gov't.

The way the covidiots will argue against this is that "vaccine advice" can only be given my doctors and "covid variants" can be discussed by non-doctors.
The second point is mostly correct. People have short term memories when comes to stuff like this. They also don't question the narrative.
Anyone can see that Bill Gates is the absolute authority on the topics he wants to speak about. Joe Rogan just brings in experts and has them tell their facts on air while being interviewed, along with his experience. So we can easily see who is more informed :) ;)
