Jeez, lucky for you all you Apple users. When does the Android version drop?

This alone makes me consider never wasting my time on that truth social place since I don't use Apple products, never have and never will. I don't like Android either, I prefer doing most things on PC but Apple products typically don't allow as much freedom as Android or PC. I know people that swear that Apple is far superior over Android and maybe it is but I rarely use my phone or tablet anyways and some apps I use I've read won't even install on iphones.
It's just my opinion but this is a bad move, releasing an app available only to one device/platform. More than twice as many people use Android over Iphone, just a simple statistic that can easily be verified online so this decision to push out the app on just iphone for a month is not good for business. I will say maybe they're using iphone only for the 1st month before allowing the bulk of web traffic from Android and PC.
I don't use twitter, gab, or any of that garbage so it won't bother me if I never made an account on Truth Social. People are likely in for some disappointment though over something overly hyped. I hope I'm wrong but we'll see.

Everyone I know, friends and family are all against the covid vaccine and none have gotten it but anytime things we'd regularly talk about on here are brought up, it seems people simply have little or no interest. I don't know what it will take to get some people to want to open their eyes to the real world that we live in.
Most people still want to just go to work, go out to eat, go to the bars, go home watch tv or lounge and live life as if nothing major is going on. Sure they complain about inflation and how horrible of a job government is doing but when it comes to the endless crimes of the cabal and governments around the world, it seems people just don't care to know about it.
Maybe it's denial, maybe some people would rather not know what has been happening. There might come a day when that kind of information will be impossible for them to avoid. Some will become filled with rage and anger over it while some will sink into deep denial.
One of the best ways to compare it I think would be regarding religion. Some people believe in god or a god while some people do not.
If god were proven 100% without any doubt to not exist, what would that do to a religious person's mentality?

Typing it out makes it seem like something from the Matrix movies. If one day people were shown without any possible doubt that the world they believed they were living in was not actually what they believed it to be. There would be a problem in all of this though. If the person that believed in god strongly found out god was not real then what purpose would they have left in their lives since religious people do devote a large portion of their lives to what they believe in.
The atheist would more likely feel depressed or betrayed because then they would realize that human life holds no legitimate value if there is an all powerful god then humans would be nothing more than one of many creations.
This would be interesting to debate as to how people would react to learning what has been going on in secret that most people don't know about and most would struggle to even believe. It could be on an extreme level causing people to question their entire life and existence if they knew everything.
People like myself naturally enjoy researching things. I've learned about many of the things talked about on here before the internet even was a thing. Back then decades ago it was a lot harder to find information and quite difficult to verify information to be accurate. Some information never really was verified to be accurate until the created of the internet and several years of information being spread around.
If people are simply shown that this or that person or persons are criminals and raped and killed kids, drank blood, mass murdered, that alone is horrible but this shit could take a very long time to talk about in any bit of detail even among people knowledgeable about it. The problem is that people need to be awakened to as much of it as possible or else they may not reach that point of saying never again and actually meaning it.
I don't know if Truth Social will be a platform to actually wake up the masses to things or if it will just be another waste of time like so many other platforms are. I say waste of time because places like Gab, Bitchute, Odyssee, Rumble, etc are mostly used by people that already have reasonable knowledge of things going on. If a new platform doesn't reach the people needed to be reached then it too would be a waste of time.
I agree. The fact that the information isn’t directly out there already is a problem. Nobody who isn’t “in the know” have no idea or belief that any clue of what you’re talking about is even going on. We need to make this information impossible to avoid
I'm in the same camp as u/southbeatz (btw, great to see you again!) . And yes, at this point we here are below + outside of the real NEED to have Truth Social. We get the info regardless.
What I'm very excited about the platform is that it'll hopefully provide an impermeable location for all the media and information we share here to be more centrally and (in the eyes of normies) legitimately hosted.l
Diseminating info via catbox, GAW and hundreds of upsidedown looking "Zoltan's Q Powerblog"s makes our jobs exponentially more difficult than it should be.
That said ARCHIVE EVERYTHING OFFLINE still applies, and always will.

Even with DJT himself at the top of Truth Social, its power will remain limited unless something changes regarding the media. It's easy for us to say the media are a bunch of liars and in some cases even criminals but there are a lot of people that still believe the media over anything they'd see on a website.
Parlor, Gab, Rumble, Bitchute, Oddysee all are solid sources but misinformation is way out of control on those platforms as well. MSM is the worst for misinformation but MSM has many decades of being what people have watched. Then there's the reality that news media is not as popular as most believe it to be.
The superbowl which honestly should get 0 viewers but that's just my opinion, it still got a little over 99 million total viewers on broadcast TV alone. Many CNN shows struggle to get half a million viewers while there have been shows on Fox News to get 4 or 5 million viewers, it's still a reminder that most people don't watch the news.
Most people in many ways are completely useless to the human race because they only care about their own little world and do not care what is going on outside of their little precious house they bought. Everyone I know has chosen to not get the vaccine but not because of political reasons but because they simply don't trust a vaccine that hasn't been tested properly.
That's as far as it gets with all of them though. Try talking to them about anything going on that we'd talk about on here and they have zero interest. They don't even care about inflation although they understand inflation. Just because they can afford to pay 2 or 3 times more in gas, they seem to still not care because they have money.
There probably will not be any getting through to those types of people unless the cabal caused them to start losing things like their brand new cars, their houses, their jobs. If they did though, the normies would blame it on government when we all know government is run by mere puppets. I don't see any sign of people ever waking up to the real world.
It's a typical marketing ploy. Here's our new thing but it's only for the Special People. Then the more that people can't have it, the more desirable it appears to be!
Google did the same thing with their social media platform. I genuinely can't even remember what it was called; they have abandoned it now anyway. I do recall though that you needed an invite from an existing member and people were fighting to get one.
Obviously, any such platform needs mass adoption if it is to be any good so I doubt that the "sorry you cannot join our exclusive club" will last very long.
There is the possibility that Trump just wanted his own platform to speak freely on. The idea of creating demand due to limiting availability doesn't always work though. I remember many years ago when I used to play MMO games online, at launch those types of games would be packed with queues but after a month or two the player base would go way down.
It's that whole first impression thing. Without pushing hard as possible, Truth Social will be no more popular than Parlor or Gab.
Hmm maybe they're counting on it being cancelled on apple and that will create a lot of buzz for the platform being offered elsewhere?

My guess is to limit web traffic until it's stable but if that were the case then I'd just say if they can't launch something 100% then why waste time halfway doing something. If Apple tried to censor it, at least apps can on Android can be installed without the Play store app. If it were simply normal and had everything available on the website from the start then apps wouldn't matter.
I still prefer using things through web browsers instead of apps even on my phone. If there's not an actual need or actual big benefit from an app version of something compared to the website version then I always stick to the website version but I also only use my phone or tablet when I'm away from home and even then I rarely use them.
I'm not obsessed with phones so when I'm out and about going places, I do have my phone in my pocket but rarely ever take it out unless I want to take pictures of something or to use it for Amazon music in my car. I prefer Amazon music for my music listening because it's convenient and allows me to listen to everything without having to waste my money supporting artists with old songs I like but don't deserve money.
Apple is more popular than Android esp. with normies, so that theory doesn't hold up.
