If the thugs in DC like the Capitol Police enter Virginia, can they be arrested as belligerent occupiers of DC? Can they be taken off the field and kept in military prison until the end of the occupation of DC?

Anyone who engages in war, whether they enlist or it is brought upon them by the adversary, has already lost their life.
We are all already dead, because the enemy is already set upon us with murderous intent. If they had their way, we would already be dead.
Once you resolve that you've already lost your life, and have nothing left to lose, then you can finally realize you have everything to gain when you win.
Anyone who takes a stand must leave all their responsibilities and commitments behind. Once you rise again from the grave, victory in hand, that's when you can fret over tomorrow's woes and worries.
Until then, fight like your life depends on it. Because it does.
This is why it's so hard for Vets like me to sit still and wait.
We could end this for everyone, but most people don't want us to.
I've been squirming for a long time. There are many of us that will help protect Americans from the communist.
This is something I have been thinking too. I believe (but unsure) that staying out of DC proper leaves you in State territory with Governor in charge of National Guard - not Pelosi and her DC cops. Might be better to stay around the perimeter - Virginia, Maryland, etc.
Maybe so, that is probably part of the plan. I just worry about the drivers and peaceful protesters in DC as apparently there are no citizen rights there. And another spin just like Jan 6. Not looking forward to it but support the movement 💯
USCP's jurisdiction: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/40/5102 isn't even the DC border. It is the areas as defined in the aforementioned law. USCP has zero enforcement ability in VA or MD.
Again, in VA, guns are 100% legal in almost all forms right up to the VA side of the Potomac. As soon as you are in the river or on a bridge, you are under DC jurisdiction. So as long as armed Patriots HODL on the VA side of the bridges, they are safe. Youngkin will make ZERO move to disrupt or detain. Hogan (MD) is a R as well, but definitely of the RINO ilk. No guarantees on his behavior.
Nope. No jurisdiction. But you have deep blue MD on one side and deep blue northern VA on the other....and a beltway.
Sure, why not.
The law doesnt apply anymore, so power is all the matters. If the bordering states National Guards are called up by their Governors and ordered to arrest out of state LEOs, whos gonna stop them?
I like the way you think!!
Nothing. That's why the D.C. Nat'l Guard is being called up.
The surrounding cities and counties, and maybe Va. State Police could do something, but DCPD wouldn't have jurisdiction.
"You can take your juris-my-dick-tion crap and shove it up your ass."
roadkill?
UN Troops have multiple costumes.
