The U.S. isn't attacking anyone under a Buyden "Presidency" because he can't officially or legally order troops into combat. The Office of The President of the United States is the ONLY entity that can order the individual combatant commands into combat, whether it be "peace time" or during a war. And since Buyden isn't the legitimate or legally sworn in POTUS, it doesn't matter what anyone else says on this matter. That is why it will be spun in a way that has the world believing that "America is afraid of war," which just so happens to be the convenient narrative topping up this weekend.

They asked for volunteers. Completely different legally. I was in the military, before they gave us orders to go overseas they asked us if we wanted to volunteer first, then laid out the legal differences between the two.
In lots of situations, they can't do the 'if you don't volunteer, we will order you to go' because they can only send volunteers, they don't have the authority to order you.
This is important, especially as we are in territory where they are asking troops and law enforcement to break laws, and those people then make the free will choice to volunteer.
