I’ve learned to question everything. They were destroying huge chunks of cities with fire bombs before. Took longer, required more bombers, sometimes even worse effect.
I don’t know the answer. Neither does anyone except those directly involved.
You just don't want to know the answer. For you, there is no such thing as history. No such thing as the past. No such thing as people who were there. You are like an amnesiac. How do you even know anything about fire bombing? Don't you question that? How do you know we were fighting Japan? Don't you question that? How do you know anything? Do you know anything? Is there anything you don't question? Or are you just an intellectual sieve?---answers come in, and drain out the bottom.
I make statements like I know stuff - but I know almost nothing. We all know almost nothing, except our lived experience. Keep in mind that I mean know in the true sense of the word. Knowing as a part of my being - I’m not good at communicating it.
I don’t know any of what you’ve stated. You’re correct. But we have to function in a world of unknowns. I reach conclusions based on probabilities.
I have training in science, masters and PhD. I do research. But I’ve started to make an exerted effort to do what I was told to do during my training: question everything, including peer-reviewed literature, and textbooks. We were told to do that but it seems education often has the opposite effect, making students into NPC’s that don’t question anything so long as it’s peer reviewed.
Incredibly, this group has a small faction that literally denies the Holocaust ever occurred, despite the mountains of absolute video proof. As if photoshop and deepfake digital technology existed in the 1940s.
Compared to that, denying that nukes destroyed Nagasaki and Hiroshima is child's play.
You are so correct. Along with flat-Earthers, Moon-hoaxers, chemtrail sniffers, and other mythmakers. There is so much paranoia, it is next to psychotic.
Yes. Ive seen this and read decoding symbols, some decent theories presented, others are out right nonsense. I see quite a few on this site reference this write up. Its not a question if nuclear weapons exist to those that know about them. Apparently it is for folks who read this or just dont know anything about atomic and nuclear physics.
I’m familiar with atomic physics. I teach a professional course that reviews them. But I have no way of knowing whether or not the theories are true. They are probably true - but I don’t know they are.
I work with people of all types of industries, including National labs, nuclear power plants, etc. Nuclear weapons are real. My experiences have reduced me to thinking in probabilities. I still question it, knowing that I can’t know for sure either way. And in okay with that. The stuff I really need to know, about God, Christ, and life, I do know - in my soul.
I appreciate you hearing my perspective. Best of luck fren.
Radiation is a thing. Question is, are city destroying bombs a thing? I don’t know.

Since they destroyed two cities, it is a fact. My father saw the ruins of Nagasaki.
My uncle flew to the moon!

I know...one of them must've downvoted me ;)

See the infinite regression problem.
“I know that I know nothing.”
Fair enough. I can say, the facility i work for would not exist if nuclear weapons did not exist. But folks can be steered or believe what they want.
