I think it's an alternative to the SWIFT system being proposed. It would set Russia, China and India up as the main banking system over yonder.

Plenty of us know about BRICS and the alternative payment systems. Russia getting kicked off SWIFT will only hurt the west in the end.

I follow a couple of Peter Thiel associates on Twitter. They post in riddles, similar to Q, but they’ve been mentioning Russia being removed from SWIFT for a couple months now, and a lot of tweets about BRICS over the past few weeks.
