I keep saying communism and fascism are not opposites but two edges of the same sword of oppression held against the throats of the people.
So we should call the current crop of subversives LEFT-WING FASCISTS.
They love to think of themselves as socialists or communists. Meanwhile they hate fascists worse than any other label. Use it on them. Wear a plastic poncho to avoid the spray from the exploding skull.
Fascists use communism and socialism as a tool to trick the masses. Mussolini defined fascism as the blending of corporate and government interests.
Isnt that what we are witnessing here in this country today?
Isnt that what we saw in the USSR? They played around with 5 year plans and communal agriculture but what they truly were about was the government and the oligarchy controlling all business.
Isnt that what we also see with the CCP today. Not Maos China, but todays CCP.
Its all fascism by different names which serve their totalitarian purpose.
Fascism was traditionally defined as an authoritarian government working hand-in-glove with corporations to achieve objectives. A centralized autocratic government, headed by a dictatorial leader, using severe economic and social regimentation and forcible suppression of opposition.
The World Economic Forum (WEF) was created to use the same fundamental associations of government and corporations. Only this time, it was the multinational corporations who organized to tell the government(s) what to do. The WEF was organized for multinational corporations to assemble and tell the various governments how to cooperate with them, in order to be rewarded by them. Corporatism was/is the outcome. The government is now doing what the multinationals tell them to do, and in return, the multinationals install the compliant politicians.
Fascism, the cooperation between government and corporations, is still the underlying premise; the World Economic Forum simply flipped the internal dynamic putting the corporations in charge of handing out the instructions.
What results is a slightly modified definition of fascism:
…A massive multinational corporate conglomerate, telling a centralized autocratic government leader what to do, and using severe economic and social regimentation as a control mechanism, combined with forcible suppression of opposition by both the corporations and government.
Thank you. See, they love to play games with words, calling it crony capitalism. No - it's fascism. Big government big corporation. Who controls what makes no difference. A capitalist doesn't argue for big corporation. He argues for small government. A socialist argues both for big government and small corporation, thinking little beyond what history has evidenced: the true root of all eviI is within power.
I mean, words are meaningless at this point— we'd might as well go with what pisses them off the most. Start just straight-up calling commies "Nationalist Socialists" and then letting them get pretzel-brained trying to explain how they aren't.
I've always hated that they put fascists on the "far right"! A correct, and logical political spectrum would have total anarchy on the far right, and total tyrannical rule on the far left. Next to anarchy on the far right would be almost minimal government, then, perhaps, a Constitutional republic like the U.S., and proceeding to the left, "light socialism" (like many European countries, and what U.S. is almost at), grading into pure socialism and communism. Leftist "political scientists" must think the patriotism that can be associated with fascist countries (at least at first) make it a "right side" political entity, but it is the power of a government over the lives of citizens that should be the main, and perhaps the only determination, of where on the political spectrum a government should be pegged.
On the left. Communism, fascism, socialism................on the far right is anarchy. Just before you fall into anarchy we have Constitutional republic. Constitutional Republic sits on the edge of no rule at all. Small government, lots of freedom, controlled just enough to keep us from anarchy.
The myth that fascism is a right wing thing is over.
I used to believe anarchy was the extreme on the right, but then realized there are no true anarchical societies. I would say tribalism is the extreme, like what you see in parts of the middle East. Anarchy is a a tool used by revolutionaries and also a transitional state.
The reason why conservatives don't fall down the slippery slope to an extreme is because we value order, which is why we support law enforcement. There's a difference between order and authoritarianism.
Glenn Beck did a chalkboard breakdown years ago of left vs. right that was the most masterful, concise encapsulation of it ever seen. Your comment reflects that explanation almost perfectly.
20 years ago, before Jonah Goldberg became a delusional nevertrumper, he wrote a good book on the topic called Liberal Fascism. It argued that Fascism and communism are close cousins on the authoritarian side of the spectrum. Being opposites was propaganda perpetuated by Stalin.

In Socialism, the government BECOMES the corporation. What do you think happens when they seize the means of production? They control the market.

Same with Big Brother and Big Pharma, Big Sugar, Big Everyco USA, Inc.
Hegelian dialectic is what we're witnessing.

Or how about Globalist Socialists? Or... GloZis? Glowies? It's all making so much more sense now 😑.
A globalist is just a nationalist that wants to take over the globe.
