Ukraine released a beer in 2014 in honor of Obama. It has him on the label, as well as Senator NoName dressed as a sheriff. There's also a Homer Simpson looking character for some reason. It's all very strange.
Nah. But he knows where the bodies are at. His former position meant knowing exactly what these groups were up to. He's also fully aware of what his own government was up to. Point being - he's got the details. Details that will rearrange the geo poltical chess board.
"The Richard G. Lugar Center for Public Health Research is home to the Georgian National Center for Disease Control and Public Health (NCDC) and the U.S. Army Medical Research Directorate-Georgia (USAMRD-G), an overseas infectious disease laboratory of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR). Though the U.S. government-funded the construction of the Lugar Center with $150 million (overseen by the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency), the facility is owned and operated by the Georgian government."
Senator Lugar / Obama / Saakashvili / Atlantic Council:
"Saakashvili Obama Nuclear Summit - President Barack Obama is currently hosting the Nuclear Security Summit and Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili is among the participants. While there was speculation that the two presidents would have a bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the summit, Obama decided on a pre-conference telephone call instead.
Many in Georgia fear that this snub will give Russia a serious argument to convince the Georgian public that Georgia’s pro-Western road is deadlocked and Moscow is capable of isolating Tbilisi internationally. Obama’s refusal to meet Saakashvili would resemble the shockwave Germany and France sent when they denied Georgia the NATO Membership Action Plan during the Bucharest summit in April 2008. Then, Russia did not wait long to attack Georgia.
As Senator Richard Lugar stated in his report of last December, since the Russian invasion in 2008 the US has suspended the transfer of lethal military articles to Georgia and the country lacks basic territorial defense capabilities (US Senate, December 22, 2009). Meanwhile, Russia has established its military bases in the occupied Georgian territories, which poses a direct threat to Georgia’s national sovereignty."
Georgia Saakashvili and Ukraine Zelenskiy working hand in hand:
"The former president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, is making a political comeback in Ukraine. His appointment as the head of a presidential committee has prompted strong reaction in his home country.
Mikheil Saakashvili, the erstwhile president of Georgia and former governor of Ukraine's Odessa region, has been appointed as the head of the Executive Committee for Reforms in Kyiv. This advisory body is part of the Ukrainian National Council of Reforms and thus of the president's office.
Initially, Ukrainian media said Saakashvili was to become the secretary of the council, but he confirmed to DW that he would be its head. On Friday, Saakashvili thanked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy for the appointment, and in a television interview said that his primary objective was to "liberate" the Ukrainian economy, which has been badly affected by the coronavirus pandemic, from too much state regulation.
The National Council for Reforms was founded in 2014 by decree of then-President Petro Poroshenko. According to the Ukrainian president's official website, it is "a special advisory body to the president of Ukraine that is responsible for the strategic planning and the coordination of positions during the implementation of a unified state policy of reform in Ukraine." The president determines who sits in the council. The website says the council held altogether 28 sessions between 2014 and 2018, the last one in early March 2018."
Interesting that Obama was involved in here as well
Breaking bureaucratic resistance to the plan
