Russian MoD claims Kiev attacked humanitarian corridors & set new demands just hours before talks
Ukraine reportedly demanded the evacuation of multiple settlements in Kiev and Kharkov regions, where the Russian Defense Min. says residents face no threat and don't want to leave. The MoD says Kiev has lost control - accusing it of having a lawless parallel govt - and asking to evacuate areas held by its own battalions.
The Russian side said it made no genuine attempt to use the humanitarian corridors, with 172 shelling attacks on the 3 safe passages declared by Russian forces - with threats apparently made to those attempting to use them.

I have no idea. I don’t really go on TG much, but when the wins went down a few mornings ago- I started clicking around TG. And it was working then.
Then the next day, someone linked to it, and it didn’t work. (And it still doesn’t…for me.)
I don’t know what the difference is, but I imagine it has to be carrier/OS.

How long have you been knowing about that channel? Did it just pop up after RT was censored? How did you find it? Were there associated keys that caused you to believe it had to be them, or was it just something you knew in your gut?
Don’t mean to be an ass, but this is my head that I live in, and I advise anyone else not to go there.
I don't really care for Telegram so although I already had an account I never in the past used it for anything much. Recently I found problems visiting the rt.com website because they are being DDOS'd so I looked around for other ways. I discovered that what I thought was the "official" RT telegram channel had the "violated local laws" message so I just hacked about until I found something which appeared to be working.
RT themselves are a bit vague as to their Telegram status and last time I looked they had a statement saying look out for us soon on our new reborn channel.
I don't disagree with your feeling that Telegram is unreliable. The regular RT website seems to be working better now that they have put it behind a cloudlfare style of protection (although it's not Cloudflare it is a similar service.)
Did you get the app from Apple or Play? They do their own censoring and it is best to download TG app from the official Telegram website itself.
If this is case, read instructions on how to dl app without using bigtech's platforms.
