In the US starting January 1st 2022 companies have to label gmo products.
Watch out for the smallest print on the package to say this:
"Contains bioengineered food product."
"Contains bioengineered food ingrediens."
Ps: all the famous brands are garbage.
My favorite thing in the grocery store is seeing some "health conscious" looking person walking around with a box of Kind Bars.
Says right on the front if the box that it's a healthy snack but in itty-bitty little print on the back it says, "Contains bioengineered food products."
Kek
Not on the box that I have in my hand.
Check a new one in the store. I'd love to be wrong.
Seems like they often hide this disclaimer under the company's address.
Where is this? And when? I don’t grocery often for my house but didn’t think GMOs were labeled in US, only non-GMO or organic?
A lot of foods have This was produced by/with genetic engineering on the label by the ingredients. Mainly things made with corn or soy as the “filler”, so cereals, chips, soups and things of the like will have that on the box/container. I don’t think it’s required, but consumers like having the ability to know per say.
Just to be clear, Congress passed a law some seven or so years ago that it is forbidden to label most foods on the shelves as GMO. So, they don't want us to know. I know that organic means not GMO and some foods are labelled ''Non-GMO", but just know that they don't really want you to know how bad things are. They are bad. For example, anything that contains soy is GMO because soy is GMO. Try to find a loaf of bread wrapped in plastic that does not contain soy oil. If it does, it is GMO. Canola oil is GMO. Don't EVER use it. Wheat is not GMO, because when the developed a GMO wheat and fed it to animals, ALL the animals died. So, wheat is sprayed with Roundup (glyphosate), which causes major diseases in humans (see Stephanie Seneff's work), as are 150+ other foods. Glyphosate is maybe even worse than GMO tampering. Search for better foods. I buy 55 lb. bags of Italian flour to make my bread. I am assuming they don't tamper with their wheat the same way. Grow vegetables!
I have some heirloom seeds on the way to my house! Corn and “unique” tomatoes this year!
I’ve started my little container garden, first time growing anything 🤞 though they aren’t heirloom. Where did you buy your heirloom seeds from? I would like to buy some but when I searched I just don’t know which is a good source.
I LOVE their seeds <3

Thanks!
This is what we are growing this year! ^~^

re: Stephanie Seneff
great MIT researcher!
So. It now "depends upon what the meaning of bio fortified is?" What a ruse and right out of the Democrat play book.
Consumers MUST DEMAND to know if what they buy and take has been GENETICALLY MODIFIED and may unalterably modify the DNA they were born with.
Thank you
What ever happened to the good old days of blissful ignorance..?
That's the lie that lefties live today... They're complete disconnected with reality. Their "reality" comes from whatever "entertainment" they consume
This is different. For them to “patent” nature, they have to alter it in a way that makes it “new”. Breeding different types of plants is different from altering it to fight off toxic pesticides.
The source I purchase my essential oils from utilizes plant material and human hands to keep pests and weeds away, like God intended.
This is where I purchase my seeds <3 https://www.rareseeds.com/
My issue with GMO food products is that the majority of the "Bioengineered food ingredients" they're using is from the corn syrup or other corn products.
The corn GMOs make the corn resistant to glyphosate herbicide so the farmers can spray their crops on a regular basis with chemicals that kill everything but the GMO corn.
Then we eat herbicide soaked corn.
Not to mention the climate issues and soil health issues associated with this style of massive scale chemical "farming."
Selective breeding and gene splicing are very, very different.
If God had meant for tomatoes to contain shrimp genes, He would have made tomatoes and shrimp sexually compatible.
Selective breeding means crossing one variety of tomato with another variety of tomato through cross-pollination. GMO means splicing genes into the tomato's DNA from a tobacco plant or an insect or ... name any life-form. Frankenfruit.
