It names no names, nor does it even clarify if Cawthorn was referring to staffers or elected officials. The whole thing seems to center around comments made about a comparison to the House of Cards TV show, which framed the context for Cawthorn to even make the comments on the topic.
This is literally just DC gossiping with a healthy bit of character assassination at the end by calling Cawthorn a commie Putin Nazi.
