Yeah I verified the same output. Keep in mind translations arent always direct. There are often synonyms and phrases with slightly different connotations that don't have direct equivalents. Perhaps punishment is one concept and being punished for sins is another concept that each have their own words.

I tried to do this a few weeks ago when q had posted something that Nunes responded to and was quickly shot down.
We’re a small percentage of anons on there from here. It’s hard explaining and it’s hard not seeing. We’re flying blind on both sides here while trying to figure this out. We’ve gotten this far with patience!
I got the same translation from every Google powered translator, however, all translators not associated with google cannot translate this from Cebuano or any other language or the translator suggested. Most suggested French so it is likely closest to that. I also checked each word in a search on a Cebuano dictionary site, there are no results for any. Looks to me like more proof that someone is currently in control of Google Translate than anything else.

I don’t think it’s q. @q has in his profile “not the q you want me to be”. I do think @q is part of trump’s TS team. I caught the reference to Q before it was deleted. MSM reported it had been photoshopped. IMO, I think he (or she) is an admin that is definitely in know of Q. He inadvertently tied TS to Q. Deleted it. The actual language is called Archi and is Caucasian. Cebuano is Filipino and so it appears the "sins" translation is a Google Easter egg that has no basis in reality but is an in-joke supplied for those in the know, who now include TSQ.
The very salient facts that this is a highly inflected language, but that each term appears uninflected in the same relatively brief dictionary, indicates that the sentence is not to be taken as an in-language construction but as a set of words selected from a lexicon by a nonnative speaker.
In other words, seeing as the Google "Cebuano" result confirms this is a joke, let's see what the original might mean to the joker who strung the words together.

That doesn't satisfy if this is indeed a puzzle to be deciphered. We still need to use P=23.
Add: Q confirmed this line of thought by quoting JuliansRum whose translation is: "Once a learned person wants to understand their submission the rulers are destroyed."
To this I would suggest the phrase intends to echo some established quote. The closest Q quote I find is "Only when people see the truth [for themselves] will people understand the true nature of their deception."

There may be thousands of eggs hidden in this Archi-Cebuano connection! Whatever can it mean?
