I have that in the Nasal spray as a bail out option. It is all becoming ineffective as triptans are another one of big pharmas pathways to a pill a day blood pressure prophylactic medications. Triptans are brilliant but as the ONLY available option they steadily increase migraines over time. Then they get you on a pill a day medication for life.
I tried one that was just awful and when i dug it was marketed as a weight gain drug in India whilst that side effect (80% of people gained a lot of weight) was minimized in Western countries.
Mood swings, sexual dysfunction, lethargy, it was a shit show. I was on it for 6 days before I packed it in.
I am just waiting for the doctors to get Nuremburged and then more medications will be available. It's only cocksucking bureaucrats holding new meds up ATM. If I just had 2 distinct meds acting on different pathways, instead of 50 types of fucking triptans I could fix the rebound migraines.
