Oct 28 2016 = Comey announces they have reopened the investigation into Hillary emails, effectively driving a nail through the coffin of her election desires.
So what happened on Sep 11? Did they arrest her ? From the timeline it looks like it was not a real "arrest" as we imagine. I feel like she was hauled either by the White Hats to discuss how she might co-operate with the Plan, OR she was hauled off by her Dark overlords to warn her that she might be going down.
It is even possible that the White Hats made a deal with the dark overlords and got them to throw her under the bus - hence she was hauled off to be informed she was being burnt.
I believe the person we are seeing in Al Smith roast is definitely Hillary. Makes me think that she was not removed until after the elections. Also all those news about her missing after election because she was too depressed and no one saw her for weeks - I think that was when she was replaced.
As others have said here (below) I don't believe this was an arrest. It was a very high-profile event that she was taken from, with cameras everywhere, and in what appeared to be some kind of neurological crisis. Having watched that video several times, it looks like maybe that happened a lot (seizures and TIA-type events) and the staff around her knew what to do and seemed rather "business as usual" becuase they had seen it before. No high drama, no adrenaline rush, just staffers and security folks doing what they had rehearsed and done many times before.
That might be the main reason Hillary's political career is over, her neurological disorders and physical disorders (constant coughing etc.) just make her physically inadequate for the job.

I have watched it many times, and I am convinced this was not a neurological disorder. This was she clearly resisting being taken somewhere. This reminded me of kids who resist being taken to the dentist, which means this has happened to her before, just not this publicly.
I don't think 10.30.17 was a date. The way Q used it was very cryptic. We see 10 (mirrors to 1) and 5:5 a lot in comms. We hear "done in 3" which mirrors to 30. And of course 17 which mirrors to 71.
if you type in days apart, then you will find that between that day where Hillary was stuffed in the van (9/11/2016 at between 8:45 am to 9:30 am in EDT) and 10/28/2017 there are 13 months and 17 days difference. Exactly.
So the time of her "arrest" in Q posts lines up exactly (in EDT) with time she was stuffed in a van and taken away from the 9/11 ceremony. The Clinton that appeared later was a double. It was so obvious even the media was forced to come out and gaslight hard on the topic.
I assume the problem with arresting Hillary is that Obama had issued secret pardons for everybody. There is no requirement that Presidential Pardons be public, and nothing stops the President from making them classified.
So you arrest Hillary. A lawyer shows up and says he has a Pardon, but it is a classified document and if anybody reveals that information to the public, they are going to prison.
There was a video of the 2016 event where she was put into the van. It had slow motion portions that clearly showed her in handcuffs. I had it saved in watch latter on you tube. Somehow it disappeared from my saved videos.
When someone shared this theory last summer/fall, I thought yes it's very possible or probable. That would theoretically mean the military was in control as we know obammy wouldn't arrest her. If that's true it would make sense why obammy didn't step in with the electoral college as Q alluded to. Q said internally they made it known that would be a bad move for obammy.

IMHO Timing doesn’t seem right for an arrest back then... the magnitude of Clinton foundation and Clinton campaign crimes had not been fully exposed-
