The Storm β›ˆοΈπŸŒͺοΈβ›ˆοΈ is well upon us all now, and it pays to know some of the truly handy tricks of the trade that can help and assist you all in keeping your mental, as well as emotional composure and stability during these challenging times. So, and without any further ado, here goes nothing!


So the short and simple self reset technique that I'm about to give you all is a truly simple, practical and highly portable Self Hypnosis technique.

Here's how it's done: First, choose a positive emotion or feeling of your liking. Such as Love, or Joy, or Calmness, or Bliss, or Gratitude, or Vitality, or Radiance, or Energy, or Fun, or Ecstasy, or, my own personal (and highly recommended) all time favourite...Peace.

For this particular example, we'll take the example of Peace. However, the exact same technique that I'm about to show you all in here can be used for magically conjuring up absolutely any positive feeling, emotion, or energy of your choice or liking AT WILL and ON COMMAND, and ON DEMAND, and 24x7x366 at that. And, just in case, you, for some reason, find tapping into positive feelings and emotions as being somewhat tricky, then you can just use the exact same technique (that about to describe to you below) to tap into the feeling of being neutral or balanced here as well.

And now, the actual technique in question, as it pertains to our selected emotion / feeling of PEACE, as chosen primarily for this particular example...


STEP ONE: FIND THAT FEELING FIRST!

First, think of something that you would BEST associate with the word PEACE. Could be a memory; could be a calming photograph or video that you saw on the internet; could be a poem that soothes you; could be a particular beautiful scent or perfume; could be a soothing section of a bedtime story your grandma used to tell you; could be a song; could be a Beethoven tune; could be a da Vinci artwork; could be your last beautiful memory of doing a psychedelic; could be a picture or memory of a sleeping kitten; or even a Buddha statue. Now, in case you just cannot find any content or memories to associate with that word at the moment, worry not. Go create something peaceful (or something that best represents the word peace for you) using your own imagination! For example, you can just picture yourself sitting peacefully or meditating blissfully by a calm lake or a river or a waterfall, or simply imagine yourself riding the Hogwarts Express or something. And since it's your very imagination we are talking about here, the very sky isn't even the limit, here!

If nothing else, just try and PHYSICALLY CREATE a feeling or sensation of peace right where you're AT! Relax on a sofa, or lie down, play some soft instrumental music, burn some incense, smell some flowers, walk on a lawn...well, you get the point here.

Which then brings us all to...


STEP TWO: WORD ASSOCIATION

Now, once you've found or tapped into your desired FEELING OF CHOICE, the next thing you need to do is to ASSOCIATE THE WORD WITH THE FEELING. And how exactly does our mind associate things? That's right. By constant and consistent REPETITION. After all, PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!

So, just like a mantra, the moment you find your FEELING of peace, you now want to slowly start chanting and repeating (either verbally or mentally) the word "PEACE". (My personal recommendation here would be to go for the verbal repetitions and chantings, just works so much better here!)

PLEASE REMEMBER HERE: Just merely saying or chanting or repeating the word of your choice on repeat does NOTHING. You always, always, ALWAYS have to make sure to PHYSICALLY tap into the ACTUAL FEELING associated with the said word --- EVERY SINGLE TIME you SAY the said word! Your very BODY has to FEEL and be FILLED TO THE BRIM with the ecstatic feelings and emotions and sensations of utter and total peace and peacefulness the very MOMENT you as much as utter your chosen WORD here (i.e. the very moment you say the word "peace" as far as this example goes anyways).


You have to perform this (repetition / chanting process and practice) until EVERY LAST CELL within your BODY and your very MIND gets INSTANTANEOUSLY TRIGGERED to INSTANTLY PUT YOU in a state of UTTER AND TOTAL PEACE AND RELAXATION the very MOMENT you even just SAY the WORD "PEACE" either VERBALLY or MENTALLY.

And that is ALL there even IS to it all.

Basic word association.


STEP THREE: PRACTICE AND MASTERY

How and when do you know that you've truly mastered the art (and science) of re-stabilizing your mind, your body, and your very feelings and emotions to your DESIRED state of being AT WILL?

Simple. When it works for you Every. Single. Time.


See a troubling news item on TV that upsets you? Immediately say the word "peace!" And then, watch as very your body, mind, emotions, feelings, spirit and soul descend into utter and total peacefulness absolutely INSTANTANEOUSLY (as is well the case with any other hypnosis trigger words here as well).

See chaos all around you? Say the WORD.

Your kid broke your favourite vase? Say the WORD.

Saw a Pfizer ad? Say the WORD.

Hear some Neil Young music playing? Say the WORD.

Got triggered by someone's text formatting methods? Say the WORD.

The MORE you practice, the BETTER you'll get at this. Much like with any OTHER skill worth acquiring.

Also, even besides the Storm, this by itself is also a FANTASTIC life skill to have and hone, in general.


A PRO-TIP: Also, much like you do with your smart-phones, you can also use a gesture (either as a standalone, or in combination with) the word of your choice as a trigger for helping reset your mind / feelings / emotions. For example, you can associate the feeling of peace with touching your thumb and index finger, or by raising your middle finger even. Should come in rather handy for you in de-escalating any potential conflict the next time someone cuts you off while you're driving somewhere. The potential applications for this trick are virtually endless!


Kindly note here that this very precious life skill puts YOU in charge of your own mind, your own feelings, and your own emotions --- as opposed to someone or something within the external world having that sort of MKULTRA-tier control over you.

Hence it is indeed a LIFE SKILL worth acquiring.

My personal experience with this (technique) is that it takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks of consistent daily practice sessions (5-10 minutes of dedicated practice-work each day is well more than enough here) for you to truly master this technique once and for good. Although, to be honest, if you're really hell-bent on learning this, you can master it even within but a week or so. Well, your call.

Finally, go try it out with some other feelings and emotions such as Love, Joy, Bliss, and what-else-have-you, and just, well, go have some FUN with it anyways! After all, what better way to even learn than to, well, just have some fun?

First MASTER IT. Then TEACH IT to all of your friends and loved ones too! The more (the students of this art all around our world), the merrier! And the better our world is for it!
